Account & Data Deletion

Application: Zen Sudoku · Developer: QuatroIT · Last updated: August 10, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Zen Sudoku account and the data associated with it. Zen Sudoku does not ask for your name, email, or other personal contact details to play; your progress is tied to an anonymous player identifier (and, if you chose to sign in, your Google Play Games identifier).

Option 1 — Delete from within the App (recommended)

If you have the App installed, this is the fastest and most complete way:

  1. Open Zen Sudoku.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Other section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.

This permanently deletes your account and cloud-saved data from our systems and removes any link to Google Play Games. The deletion applies to every device signed in to that account. After deletion the game continues as a new guest with empty progress.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the App installed, or cannot use the in-app option, contact us:

We will action your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered. Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may be retained. Data stored only locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
