This Privacy Policy explains how QuatroIT ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application Zen Sudoku (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not ask you to create an account or to provide your name, email, or other personal contact details to play. The App collects the following categories of data automatically or through third-party services:

We do not knowingly collect your real name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location (GPS), or payment information. The current version of the App contains no in-app purchases.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, using a consent form provided through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads, and you can change your choice later from within the App. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We also process certain data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the App.

6. Advertising choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising at the device level. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or reset your advertising ID. Within the App, EEA/UK/Switzerland users can also adjust their consent choice at any time.

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep your cloud-saved progress for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, after which it will be permanently removed from our systems. To request deletion, use the Delete account option in the App (Settings → Other), contact us at zensudoku.quatro@gmail.com, or see our Account & Data Deletion page for full instructions. Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the App.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at zensudoku.quatro@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use the security measures provided by our service providers (Google and Unity), including encryption in transit, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under the providers' privacy frameworks.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
